Rev. Dr. Debora Jackson

Rev. Dr. Debora Jackson is the Professor of Practice and Dean of the Foisie Business School at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a premier, STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) based institution recognized for project-based education that integrates the theory and practice of management.

A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, Rev. Dr. Jackson earned a D.Min. in Leadership and a M.Div. from Andover Newton Theological School.  She also earned a Master of Engineering from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute.  She was the Director of Lifelong Learning at the Yale Divinity School.  Rev. Dr. Jackson spent four years as the Executive Director of the Ministers Council, American Baptist Churches, USA and is currently an Executive Consultant advising organizations such as the American Baptist Home Mission Societies.  She has written numerous articles and two books, focusing on effective leadership, and spiritual practices, both of which books won awards. MMBB service began in 2023. She is currently a member of the Audit Committee, the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee, of which she is the chair. She previously served on the Benefits Committee.
