Ms. Louise Howard began her first year of service serving MMBB on the Investment Committee in 2022. She is the Senior Investment Officer for public equity with the Oregon State Treasury (OST). Prior to her role with OST, Ms. Howard has been an allocator for public equity portfolios with the Bureau of Asset Management in the New York City Comptrollers Office and the YMCA Retirement Fund.
She earned her B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Charted Alternative Investment Analyst. MMBB service began in 2022. Member of the Investment Committee.
