Accessing Your Account

You can access your MMBB account online or by phone. This guide will help you make the most of our call or online visit.

Two ways to manage your account:

  1. Go to 24 hours a day, seven days a week
  2. Or call 877-626-4032 to speak with a Customer Service Representative (Mon. – Fri., 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.) ET

Your User ID and PIN

Setting Your User ID

If it is your first visit to

  1. Your initial User ID has been set to your Social Security Number
  2. Your initial PIN (Personal Identification Number) has been set to a randomly generated 6 digit code (your initial PIN was mailed to you upon enrollment into the Plan)
  3. You will be prompted to change your initial User ID and PIN after your first login
  4. You will be required to select and answer four security questions

If you already use but have not accessed your account since November 6, 2013, you will need to select a new Alpha-Numeric User ID:

  1. Go to
  2. Log in using your Social Security Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  3. You will be prompted to select a new Alpha-Numeric User ID

Setting Your PIN

New members receive a PIN in the mail from Conduent (formerly Xerox HR Solutions), our business partner in servicing your account, automatically. You can keep this pre-selected PIN or change it to a new, six-digit PIN (numbers only; no letters allowed). When you receive your PIN, you may change your PIN to a six-digit number of your own choosing. Pick something you aren’t likely to forget – but note that the system will not permit you to choose a PIN that would be easy for someone else to guess (the last six digits of your Social Security number, for example, or numbers representing your birthday).

What if I forgot my User ID?

If you forget your User ID, you can use the “Forgot My User ID” feature at You will be prompted to enter your Social Security Number, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Zip Code along with the email address to which you wish the reminder to go. You can also request the information by contacting the Conduent (formerly Xerox HR Solutions) Customer Care Center at 1-877-626-4032.

What if I forgot my PIN?

If you have previously registered questions as part of the “Forgot Your PIN?” feature, you can access your account by correctly answering those questions. Simply go to the login screen at, enter your User ID and click “Answer Challenge Questions.”

Set Up PIN Reminder. To make it easier in the event you lose or forget you PIN, register for the “Forgot Your PIN?” feature by going to Personal Information. Log in to and click “Personal Information” > “Login and Site Preferences” > “Register for ‘Forgot Your PIN’” Set up the “Forgot Your PIN?” feature by entering your current PIN, and selecting and then answering a series of personal questions. Once this feature is activated, should you ever forget your PIN, you will be able to securely log into this site by answering the questions you selected when you registered.

If you have lost or forgotten your PIN, and you have not set up the PIN Reminder option, you can get a new PIN by calling 877.626.4032. To protect your account’s security, your new PIN will be mailed to you within 2 weeks.

Reminder: Conduent (formerly Xerox HR Solutions) is our business partner, so make sure to open mail from them as you would MMBB!

You can also request the information by contacting the Conduent (formerly Xerox HR Solutions) Customer Care Center at 1-877-626-4032. Your PIN reminder will be sent to you by mail within 2 weeks.

What if I forgot my User ID and my PIN?

If you forgot both you User ID and your PIN, first follow the instructions above to reset your PIN, then follow the instructions to request a User ID reminder.

You can also request the information by contacting the Conduent (formerly Xerox HR Solutions) Customer Care Center at 1-877-626-4032. Your PIN reminder will be sent to you by mail within 2 weeks.

Access Your Account by Phone

Dial 1.877.626.4032 to access the system from any touch-tone telephone. You can hear your account balance and a summary of transactions, or change your PIN 24/7 using the automated phone system. For other questions, you can speak with a Customer Service Representative Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern Time.

Speaking to a Representative

When you call the Call Center, you can transfer to a Customer Service Representative voice response system. The table below shows services available to you. You can also call an MMBB Senior Benefits Specialist for assistance.

Your Personal Home Page

From this screen, you can see an overview of your accounts, consult a list of frequently asked questions or simply contact us through a secure message center.

Helpful hint: Using the “back” button on your browser is restricted on this site for security. To navigate, always use the bread crumb links at the top of your screen (below).

Reviewing Your Investments

Clicking on “Your Plan(s)” allows you to view detailed information on each of your MMBB investment plans, including your account balances—and each of the funds in which your money is currently invested.

Helpful hint: You can go directly to any of your individual plans by clicking on any of the plan name(s) under “Your Balances.”

Your Plans

From this page, you can view details on each of your accounts with MMBB. The pie chart on the right side of the page explains how your retirement plan assets are currently distributed among MMBB’s nine investment choices.

Helpful hint: Your entire account is by default invested entirely in The Balanced Fund until you make different selections.

Total Benefits

If you want to see a summary of your retirement benefits, go back to your personal home page, then find the “Total Benefits” section in the lower-right section of your screen and click “Benefits Overview.”

From the Benefits Overview page, you can review your account balances, the amount vested in each account and any outstanding loan balances.

Manage Your Investments

Return to the “Your Plans” page to Manage Your Accounts. Click on the “Action” pull-down menu next to each plan name to view account details, change how future contributions are invested, transfer existing dollars into other funds and request a primary residence loan.

Please Note:The “Change how future contributions are invested” feature will not move your existing funds. To move all of your funds, you must select Change Future Investment Elections and Transfer Current Funds. These are two separate actions.

Request a primary residence loan

You will need to provide a sale agreement or other proof of purchase documents when you return the application.

Personal Information

Your personal MMBB investment home page also provides access to other useful features, such as Personal Information governing your account. From the Personal Information page, you can review your personal data, update your address, and change both your site and communication preferences.

To access and update your Personal Information, go to Your Personal Home Page. The link is on the lower left of this page.

You can see right on your home page any responses to messages you may have sent, along with messages & alerts from Your Inbox is where you’ll find messages about your benefits and responses to questions you’ve asked using the secure online contact form. You can set your communication preferences to receive a notification in your personal email account when there are new items posted to your inbox. Just click the “Communication Preferences” link.
