All MMBB financial education programs aim to alleviate pressing economic challenges in ministry by increasing and enhancing individual pastoral financial literacy. We provide an environment where excellent pastoral leaders can increase their financial knowledge and their organizational management skills, allowing them to focus more meaningfully on the ministry.
A three-year program designed to strengthen the financial skills of key leaders of healthy congregations and provide them with the tools to improve their financial wellness. The program aims to create a firm foundation of important financial topics for participants that demonstrates how to build an emergency fund, lower or eliminate debt, avoid unnecessary spending, negotiate lower fixed costs, and attain personal financial goals.
The cohort-based model brings together pastors from diverse backgrounds, pastoral settings, ages, genders, ministry experiences and geographic locations.
A two-year (in-person and virtual) program for church leaders and staff that aims to improve the financial literacy and wellness of participants. The goal of the program is to enhance the financial health of their congregations and engage them in conversation about the financial challenges facing pastors.
The colloquium setting brings together pastoral leaders to share best practices, reflect on critical topics related to ministry challenges and transitions, and personal renewal and relationship building. The three-year program fosters higher levels of well-being for pastoral leaders through participants giving one another support and guidance, allowing them to thrive in ministry.
