Through prudent stewardship of the MMBB Endowment, we provide benevolence support to MMBB Members for ministry services that go beyond the benefits provided in their retirement plans. Each year, MMBB draws from the endowment to fund our benevolence programs, to supplement Lilly Endowment Inc.—funded financial education programs, and to provide members with access to financial planning specialists at no cost.
The MMBB Endowment was established by such prominent American Baptists including Milo C. Treat and John D. Rockefeller, Sr. and continues to be funded by legacy gifts from individuals, churches, and longstanding trusts.
As part of a lifetime journey with MMBB, many members include MMBB in their estate plans. Most legacy gifts are directed to the MMBB Endowment. They build on a long history of generous support and contribute to serving our members in perpetuity.
