Member Account Administrator, Disbursement 

Position Title: Member Account
AdministratorDepartment: Disbursement
Reports to: Disbursement Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Process benefits related to death and disability
• Process non-contractual member benefit payments
• Shared responsibility for Daily, Monthly, Annual and Special Check Transmissions,Processing, Reconciliations and Check Run Approvals
• Shared responsibility for maintenance of Disbursements Group within CRM
• Shared responsibility for payment processing instructions, ledger adjustments,including tax form corrections, stop and reissues/return to trust-(State Street)
• Return to Trust Reconciliation-(State Street)
• Annual Death Benefit Payment Reconciliation
• Respond to annual audit
• To work on various tasks and/or projects as needed
• Qualifications/Position Requirements
  Undergraduate degree in business preferred.
  2 years of relevant experience
  Must be detailed oriented with strong analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
  •Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others internally and externally
  •Dependability and punctuality required
  •Ability to maintain confidentiality of staff and member information
  •Strong analytical, math and data-entry skills
  •Good time management skills in order to meet various deadlines
  •Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests.
  •Ability to process work with accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensurequality and applies feedback to improve performance
  •Proficiency in Excel, and Microsoft Office products required. Knowledge of MicrosoftDynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and PaperSave a plus.
  •Experience in or with nonprofit organizations a plus
