Rev. Dr. Thad S. Austin serves as the Executive Director of the Common Table Collaborative and
as Vice President of the EveryAge Foundation. His most recent book, Caring for Clergy: Understanding a Disconnected Network of Providers, explores the support available to religious leaders and its relationship to the care of pastors.
He has more than a decade of local church experience, serving parishes in Kentucky and
Tennessee. Dr. Austin will explore the current state of the church and share signs of
hope in the midst of the changing church landscape.
