Investment Committee Chair
Ms. Judith D. Freyer has been serving MMBB and on the investment committee since 2014. She is retired and the Senior Chief Investment Officer Emeritus of The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Prior to joining, she worked at UGI Corporation and at the U.S. Department of Defense.
She earned an M.S.B.A from Boston University, an M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Manhattanville College. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Institute and of the Philadelphia Financial Analysts Society. MMBB service began in 2014. Member of Investment Committee since 2014. Committee chair since 2015. She is also a member of the Executive Committee, the Finance Committee and the Personnel Committee.
