Audit Committee Chair
Dr. James T. Napolitan has been serving MMBB and on the Investment Committee since 2007. He is a commodities trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Mr. Napolitan earned his B.A. from Harvard College and holds an M.A. in psychology and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Professional memberships include the American Psychological Association and the American Association for Mental Retardation. Dr. Napolitan chairs the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees of Franklin College. MMBB service began in 2007. He is a member of the Audit Committee, of which he is chair, the Executive Committee, the Finance Committee, the Investment Committee and the Personnel Committee.
