Below is an important message from MMBB’s lockbox partner:

As of Thursday, February 18, 2021, the Dallas USPS has reopened and is delivering mail to the Dallas Lockbox site. However, couriers in Dallas continue to experience issues due to weather conditions and power outages. Please be aware the Dallas USPS was closed for three consecutive days through Wednesday February 17.

The Dallas lockbox site continues to operate.

For those MMBB Employers who mailed your premium payment to our Dallas lockbox site, please note that there may be a delay in processing your premium payment. For those Employers who have not yet mailed your premium payment MMBB strongly suggests you use one of the following two payment options:
