The Comprehensive Plan does not accept rollovers. Rollover contributions will be invested in The Member Contribution Plan. For detailed information regarding rollover contributions, see the rollover section in the The Member Contribution Plan guidelines.

Generally, active Member Contribution Plan members cannot roll funds out of the plan. However, if you made rollover contributions to the Comprehensive Plan prior to March 1, 2002, you may be able to roll funds out.
