Retirement-Only Benefits
Other important components of a comprehensive benefit program include:
- The Tax Deferred Annuity an employer-funded retirement plan that gives your employer a flexible way to build supplemental retirement income for you. Your employer can make regular monthly contributions on your behalf or periodic payments. The minimum contribution to TDA is $50 per month.
- The Annuity Supplement an employee-funded retirement plan to which you make monthly contributions on a pre-tax and/or after-tax basis. You can also roll over funds from other eligible retirement plans. You may contribute as little as $10 per month.
